Settlements of Mashhadi ‘Ali Muhammad Karan with Mashhadi Haydar and Khanum ‘Uzma, 1931
Mashhadi ‘Ali Muhammad Karan, the son of the late Ustad Ibrahim, sells two-sixths of a house in the Maydanshah neighborhood of Shiraz to Mashhadi Haydar the mason, the son of the late Karbalayi Husayn‘ali from Shiraz, for four hundred and fifty tumans (November 12, 1931); in a second transaction (December 5, 1931) Mashhadi ‘Ali Muhammad Karan sells another one-sixth of the same house to Khanum ‘Uzma, the daughter of Haj Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Kashmir, for two hundred tumans.

Nim Taj paying her loan to Raziyah Buluri, 1939
Raziyah Buluri Tafrishi had seized a sewing machine from Nim Taj Khanum due to her delinquent rent, which was 30 tumans. Now, Nim Taj Khanum has paid her debt and receives the sewing machine, which actually belongs to Khanum Akram al-Sadat.

Deed regarding Sayyid Hasan's debt to Khanum Malik, 1928
Deed certifying that Sayyid Hasan, son of the late Sayyid Murtaza, owes ten tumans to Khanum Malik, wife of ‘Abd al-Ghaffar. He pledges to pay the debt in the next six months and twenty days, beginning from the month of Shavval, as well as paying the daily rent of one thousand and five hundred dinars.

Letter written by Khanum Muhtaram to Sayyid Ahmad Pish-namaz [the prayer leader] asking him to write down the text of a lost rental lease that he had drafted four years ago. The lease was about renting Khilak lands to Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar Dihkurah. On the margin, Sayyid Ahmad has written the rental lease.

Settlement between Khanum Bala and Habib Allah Khan, 1928
Settlement between Khanum Bala, the daughter of the late Nayib Quli Kani, and her nephew Habib Allah, the son of Aqa Mirza Muhammad, regarding her inherited property in the farmland of Vusk in the village of Kan, which includes trees, farming areas, and a qanat, for two years in exchange for seventy tumans. Thirty five tumans has been paid and the rest will be paid in the September of the following year. Raziyah Buluri's testimonial, 1952
Raziyah Buluri Tafrishi is asking for the testimony of those who are aware of a transaction between her and her brother, Muhammad ‘Ali Khan Buluri. She claims that she put up one of her houses on April 30, 1921 to take a loan of six thousand tumans for her brother, who wanted to buy a car after his coffee shop was closed. Since he could not pay back the loan in time, she had to get another loan to pay back the first one. Muhammad ‘Ali Khan Buluri has not given his sister any receipt and has now sold the car and moved away.

Settlement between Shaykh Mahdi and Ziya’ Najmabadi, 1955
Copy of a settlement on Ministry of Justice letterhead regarding a property (numbered 2170 to 2172) in the Shaykh Hadi neighborhood in Tehran. Aqa Mirza Muhammad Khan Najmabadi had inherited this property from his mother, Sakinah Khanum Kundushlu (Shaykh Hadi's wife). In 1947, he sold the property to his niece, Sadiqah Najmabadi. After Sadiqah Najmabadi's death in March of 1955, the property was inherited by her father, Shaykh Mahdi Najmabadi, and her husband, Ziya’ Najmabadi. According to this document, on November 12, 1955, Shaykh Mahdi sold his share to Ziya’ Najmabadi.
